Becky Louise Christmas is well into her biggest year of fundraising for Macmillan, taking on an enormous Challenge 365:

 17 lakes

 12 tarns

5 additional challenges, including a bothy stay and horse ride

I met Becky a couple of months ago and, along with a few others, joined her for the Haystacks walk, starting at Honister Slate Mine and taking us past Dubs Hut Bothy, which inspired this painting.

We had every kind of weather that day! It was a tough walk for me, but Becky was an amazing encouragement and a brilliant guide. It was a pleasure to be part of a tiny piece of such a huge challenge.

 So, if you love the painting, you can take home a little piece of the Lake District and help Becky raise money for Macmillan at the same time.
